Business Barriers PDF

The good news is there are none!!

The leveraged economies of scale, streamlined logistics capability and access to source technology that now exist from automation of local, county and state records as well as private businesses - and even residential communities - have dramatically reduced the ground time for data collection. What is not reduced, however, is the talent and time required to correlate and analyze the data.

Similarly, although unrivaled access to voluminous technical information and specialist multi-vendor expertise is instantly available, and time-in-the-field is indeed significantly reduced, it would be disingenuous to say that site inspections are not required. Qualitative analysis of the asset, the area and the competition demands some time in the field. Nevertheless, today’s technology has made it relatively easy to do distant business on a much less costly basis than heretofore.
