YOO
In partnership with K Group Holdings International, the famous Philippe Starck and John Hitchkock, YOO! Punta del Este, Uruguay was developed as the first of many leading condo development projects targeted for Latin America. It is considered one of the most important building projects in the area centered around the “Art Districit” which is an area whose visionary, Joseph Kavana, established  and which has attracted emerging and established artists alike to a district that was formerly considered lacking culture and vitality.

The Punta Del Este YOO! Project was modified from 120 to 200 apartments and an impressive sales and marketing campaign (winner of the CNBC International Property Award for Innovative Marketing) was launched in January 2008. Over 140 units were sold in the first  30 days. It is by far the most unique building in the area offering a Spa and fusion restaurant PINK to the public. K Group Holdings International  has the rights to the YOO brand in Latin American and is working on multiple projects which will soon be announced in Uruguay, Argentian, Chile, Brazil, Peru and Colombia.
