Gabriel Rozman, Executive Vice President, Emerging Markets - TATA Consultancy Services
Mr. Rozman is in charge of the company’s operations in Iberoamerica (Latin America, Spain & Portugal), The Middle East, Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe. As part of the TCS Executive Leadership team, he is responsible for leading the company’s strategy to enter new markets and other strategic corporate initiatives. Prior to joining TCS, he served as the International Consulting Director and as a regional partner at Ernst & Young, culminating his tenure as the director of global strategic ventures & acquisitions. He also served as the chief executive at a major software firm in Mexico.

George Rohr. Co-founder and President of NCH Capital Inc.
A New York-based investment management firm focusing on the markets of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. George Rohr began actively investing across asset classes in Russia and Eastern Europe shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union.  He was among the earliest Western participants in the privatization opportunities offered by several of the region's markets.  They founded NCH Capital in 1993.  Mr. Rohr's interest in the region began as the result of a media-related opportunity he pursued in Russia in 1991.  He began his career at Newsweek, Inc. in 1978 as Director of Special Projects.  He subsequently founded a medical publishing company that he sold in 1986, and then acquired two other information services companies, both of which he subsequently sold to major North American information services companies.  Mr. Rohr received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Howard L. Goldstein, C.P.A., Shareholder & Director, Mallah Furman
Howard L. Goldstein, Managing Director of the Firm, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years experience. He has broad knowledge in all phases of taxation, both domestic and international, as well as providing tax strategies and planning to corporations, partnerships and individuals.  Howard graduated from Rutgers University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics. After nine years with Mailman, Ross, Toyes and Shapiro, P.A. in New Jersey, he joined Mallah Furman in 1981, and was appointed Managing Director of the Firm in 2005.

Andrew C. Hall, Partner, Hall, Lamb and Hall, P.A.
Andrew C. Hall specializes in the trial of complex commercial cases. Mr. Hall has been recognized for his skills by inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for the past six years and has received the highest rating from his peers, a.v., in Martindale Hubbell.  Mr. Hall attended the University of Florida College of Law, receiving a J.D. with high honors in 1968. Mr. Hall graduated second in his class. Among other academic and leadership honors, Mr. Hall was elected to the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi, the two highest academic distinctions available to law students, and to Florida Blue Key, the Men's Leadershjp Honorary Fraternity. Mr. Hall was a member of the Board of Editors of the Law Review.  In February, 1975, Mr. Hall opened his offices for the practice of law. Among other celebrated cases, in addition to his defense of John Ehrlichman in the "Watergate" trials, Mr. Hall has served as lead counsel in the defense of former Ambassador Marvin L. Warner arising from the failure of the Ohio state insured savings and loan industry; and has won a number of multi-million dollar verdicts for clients which have included Security Pacific Bank, Union Bank, Spanno Corporation, Georgetown Manor, Inc., and Burger King Corporation.  Mr. Hall is a member of The Florida Bar, The Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Hall is a member of the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Hall has been recognized in Who's Who In The World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law for the past 12 years.
